Product Features

The main component of the product is aluminum oxynitride. It features high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, and low bulk density. The insulating thermal conductive nano powder has high thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity coefficient reaching 300W/mK, close to that of copper, and excellent insulation properties. After special surface treatment, the insulating thermal conductive nano powder has extremely low surface oxygen content.

Potential Application Areas:

1. Thermal Conductive Silicone and Thermal Conductive Epoxy Resin: Silicone compounded with insulating thermal conductive nano powder exhibits good thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation, a wide operating temperature range for electrical insulation (-80°C to 250°C), low viscosity, and good application performance. The product surpasses imported alternatives and is widely used as a thermal transfer medium in electronic devices to improve efficiency, such as filling gaps between CPUs and heat sinks, high-power transistors, thyristors, diodes, and thermal transfer media in fine gaps contacting substrates. Nano thermal paste fills the gaps between ICs or transistors and heat sinks, increasing the contact area for better heat dissipation;

2. Application in Thermal Conductive Plastics: Insulating thermal conductive nano powder can significantly improve the thermal conductivity of plastics. Experiments show that adding about 1% to plastics can increase thermal conductivity from 0.3 to 3, more than a tenfold improvement. Compared to current thermal conductive fillers on the market (such as alumina or magnesium oxide), it features low addition amounts, enhances the mechanical properties of products, and provides more significant thermal conductivity improvement;

3. Application in High Thermal Conductive Silicone Rubber: It offers good compatibility with silicone, disperses easily in rubber, and significantly improves the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber without affecting its mechanical properties (experiments show it even enhances mechanical properties). Unlike oxides, it does not cause a rapid increase in viscosity during addition, requires small addition amounts, and is now widely used in aviation and information engineering;

4. Other Application Areas: Insulating thermal conductive nano powder can be used in crucibles for smelting non-ferrous metals and semiconductor materials like gallium arsenide, evaporation boats, protective tubes for thermocouples, high-temperature insulating components, microwave dielectric materials, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant structural ceramics, transparent microwave ceramic products, and is currently applied in polyimide resin, thermal conductive insulating mica tape, thermal grease, insulating paint, and thermal conductive oil.
