Potential Application Areas:

1. Thermal Conductive Silicone and Thermal Conductive Epoxy Resin: Silicone compounded with insulating thermal conductive nano powder exhibits good thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation, a wide operating temperature range for electrical insulation (-80°C to 250°C), low viscosity, and good application performance. The product surpasses imported alternatives and is widely used as a thermal transfer medium in electronic devices to improve efficiency, such as filling gaps between CPUs and heat sinks, high-power transistors, thyristors, diodes, and thermal transfer media in fine gaps contacting substrates. Nano thermal paste fills the gaps between ICs or transistors and heat sinks, increasing the contact area for better heat dissipation;
